#25362 RE: Hamilcar54 #25357

Hamilcar,

I guess I am a bit more philosophical…and a bit more of a realist on this issue.

This isn't the first MVTG announcement this year that I didn't particularly care for when I first heard it. I see no reason to not voice concerns when there are some. But in previous cases my original concerns were satisfied.

This isn’t just true for MVTG, I could say the same thing about some of the decisions KNDI has made over the last year, or with some other stocks I own. For example, for a company with what is approaching a $1B market cap, I think KNDI’s PR department is woefully inadequate for any audience outside of China. I own shares of ADXS and I think management there led a totally immoral share grab during the last proxy to issue and accumulate a bunch of shares for themselves before big deals were announced so they could guarantee they were going to get rich from any future Merck or Astra Zeneca deals that may come in the next 6-12 months.

So I could go thru and be critical of individual moves or specific things that bug me about every company I own. But at the end of the day I can’t and don’t expect perfection…but I do expect continued execution toward a goal...that will lead to financial benefits for myself.

Maybe because I am not a veteran anymore of the OTC world (2013 was my first foray back into the OTC world after many years hiatus) I am not seeing a bunch of information that shows the Green Baron to be anymore of a rag or pump and dump vehicle than Seeking Alpha can be…and has been…at times. I personally have experienced Seeking Alpha be totally used and manipulated by shorts to profit on short term trades in KNDI. Any of us who have been shareholders have.

As with any stock, there are already a bunch of traders in MVTG that don’t care where MVTG is real or fake, they are just trading on the momentum one way or the other. I am sure the Green Baron campaign will bring more. But that is okay with me really. When a company is real, some traders will stay and decide to become long. There will be increased awareness.

From my vantage point, MVTG is getting close to making major breakthroughs with their technology. There is no question in my mind they are real and the technology is world class. The only question is how close are they to major deals or breakthroughs?

Overall, and taken in proper context, I have no problems with how they have run things in 2014. They have actually exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts.

And I would encourage everybody to focus on the very real progress that has been made and the impressive collection of talent that appears to believe enough in MVTG that they are leaving safe and stable careers behind to join MVTG now…before the really big moves and big developments happen.

JMO on this. I respect the fact that others may not always see it the same. And that’s alright. It is healthy and normal. As I have said before, MVTG is not a religion for me, it is an investment.
