I don't pay attention to the past, I only look forward to New highs coming here imo...but to answer you're question YES it has happened plenty of times. No I won't tell you what companies, you can do you're own DD. I've done mines already and I know what I own...GO $VOIS
Do you know that companies strat small and make it big..they go through the turmoil of raising money to support tech and whatever they got ..before they finally make it big..Vermillion was one of those and the rest i forgot...this is where they start..like Bill gates starting microsoft from his garage..then boom..nobody remembers penny stocks..its all NASDAQ and glory..;-)
