Someone could logically state "never" in the 401(f)2 section and be correct even if guilty of a crime 11 years ago. It might have been worded differently but it follows the item 401 instructions. The instructions don't say to repeat parts of the instructions in your answer.
Spot on in terms of the S1 representation. It would have made all the difference in the world if the S1 stated no convictions "in the past 10 years" as opposed to never convicted.
What drew you here drew me here in the beginning of 2013 as well and carried me through the first quarter of this year. I just see a ton of red flags since the late 10K as opposed to just yellow flags. I think there is a lot more potential to spend energy on in your other stock than this one. It's been fun. GLTY.
