I don't think you'll see an PR with loosey Koosey telling us little peon stockholders the date of the IPO. He would have done it already. But why hasn't he?
Because the REGEN start of trading hinges on HEMA approval for clinical trials and submission of DCellVax IND. Those two are the catalysts to help the REGEN trading get off to a good start. Without those two, REGEN will most likely fall flat if it started to trade due to no catalyst to get people interested.
This has one big cluster plus word that rhymes with buck.
There is nothing this company needs more than a PR firm to take care of timely information releases. If this was in place, I believe we would hear more news in a more timely manner. Maybe all in time I guess, but it should be a necessity when Regen is about to go public.
