LOL these so called lawsuits are such a joke. They hold now water whatsoever and the only ones who will be walking away with these "shareholders" cash lol! PHOT is in a good position and contrary to some peoples belief will be coming onto large sums of investor money soon. New business plans in effect and new partners will show the integrity of PHOT.
If this is legally possible,it could be a real good outcome Maybe a penalty of returning most of the money ripped off with insider trading ,could be returned to the company and as further penalty disposition of a majority of their outstanding shares (more than a majority ) That would be nice in exchange for no jail time and for the lawyers being disbarred . The remaining shares - restricted from sale for an EXTENDED period of time. That would certainly help the overall financial picture. AH for wishful thinking
