If this is legally possible,it could be a real good outcome
Maybe a penalty of returning most of the money ripped off with insider trading ,could be returned to the company and as further penalty disposition of a majority of their outstanding shares (more than a majority ) That would be nice in exchange for no jail
time and for the lawyers being disbarred . The remaining shares -
restricted from sale for an EXTENDED period of time. That would certainly help the overall financial picture. AH for wishful thinking
