I think there's no proof that Verizon fund ECDC; since its product is worth of funding money first without any actual sales. Verizon just marketing studentconnect in order to make Verizon usage; that's all. If there is/are other substitutions; Verzion will dump studentconnect right away.

Verizon just benefit usage of studentconnect based on one assumption: both student(from school) and his/her parent WOULD USE studentconnect. In that way; Version will general sales by data floting usage. That's reason why Verizon won't consider studentconnet as PARTNER; since there's no formal contract of sales; not even mention about proof of funding. There may has some understanding of each other if there IS sales; pay attention to: IF THERE IS SALES.

Unfortunately; there is NOT for time being.

I think some people from ECDC mentioned about " 4th quarter 2014 will be a key turnaround quarter...." I don't think so. ECDC you listen: I DON'T THINK 4TH QUARTER OF 2014 WILL BE TURNAROUND QUARTER. I WILL GIVE YOU 3 YEARS MAKE THIS COMPANY TURN AROUND; WITH SAME SHARE STRUCTURES; HOW IS THAT SOUND?

Not an advisor here. Enjoying Possibilities seen with Verizon. Having patience, and am aware of ECDC concerns stated, and believe each concern worthy of consideration. Not saying ECDC is keeping lips sealed because they HAVE actually revealed the concerns on paper , so all are educated abou potential risks. Reread the SEC recent report.

But is it known from Verizon about every ECDC / Student Connect plan of attack and advertising , in every different area throughout the USA ? Or is there satisfaction out there that Verizon is doing nothing, no interest , no strategy across the entire USA? Hate to say , but speculations being stated are not based on sound DD. Some know better than that. DD is revealing that speculations re Verizon's motives , are not backed by anything. Yes. One little tittle that says ECDC is presently not in a partnership program? That does not address one other marketing relationship connection. Carry on. If they wanted people to know all the details it would be as plain as the nose on the face. But there Is more than meets the eye. News will come in time marketers decide, IMO. PAnd who is talking about the specifics??? Possibly it is to see a rollout survive. Seems lips are sealed, just my opinion. Fine with it. Patient. Holding shares.

Not an advisor and all said here is IMO. Freedom to choose to sell is as real as choice to hold. Shares ARE selling and ask numbers are fluctuating. So, find what makes contentedness.


Having no desire to hold share price down , and no desire to see it inflated prematurely. Contented with decision. DD continues, lips sealed on specifics. NEWS WILL COME SOON ENOUGH.
