Read the financials and calculate just how many agreements are in place with multiple ACTIVE iterations of conversion. And then figure out how much mPhase is paying their debt to AVOID default/conversion. The answer is $0. They obtain funding/money from the note holders, make no payment and allow debenture conversion to keep this thing afloat. Shares that are constantly diluting and adding to the O/S daily.
