well if that's is case;I think ECDC will be back to 0.0001 and no bid soon if this company still exists as public traded company--patent will not be interest by Verizon; you know there are some similar product like studentconnet out there as well.

ECDC its company as whole; either acquired entirely; or exit out OTC as private....not so many options left for this company.
