It's quite common for pinkie players to be broke. It happens all the time but posting sexually explicit messages where someones grand daughters can read them is another thing. Several people on that ACYD/WLAN filing have now been arrested. One person posted in a blogg that he was going to a Detroit Redwings game. The FBI arrested him as he was leaving for a fake PR he did 2 years ago. I guess he's no longer a WLAN shareholder. Must've been one of those dumps we saw.
