In the conference call, he said the call centers would be completed a month or two from the conference call date which was July 22, 2014 date. It's been over a month now so I expect a PR between Sep 1st and Sep 15th with a lot of updates on the company and a grand opening date for the call centers. I plan on attending the grand opening!
