I just listened to the last CC (finally), like I said I have been away from this stock for awhile now. Has anyone heard an update on the red bank grand opening? SG directly addressed the Share count increase and how he plans to reduce it, once certain areas of the debt are paid off. He briefly discussed an aggressive buyback. I am personally going to be watching this between now and the end of the year, the numbers are going in the right direction and so is growth and debt reduction. I think it will be a slow and steady process. Definitely not a shortens stock.
