I agree, the burden of proof is on WSGI.

This is the business LJC is in, they have done these deals many times before. I think this is simply another failure by the company and they are looking for another crooked way out like they have done so many times before.

For whatever reason this company acts like they have a license to steal but they may have met their match with LJC. I don't think this is the first penny stock scam LJC has dealt with.
