Your explanation of the facts has certainly cleared my mind as to why IDCC was party to that questionable April 2015 date request.

In any event, kudos to the judge for denying that request! Hopefully whatever is to be decided, will be done prior to the Court's 2014 Christmas recess.

Secondly, if it exists, is there a link for the Markman findings?
