Thanks olddog967. Sorry for not being clear on the question. As per the schedule posted the other day, IDCC's case is the second one on Sep 8th, I was wondering if it was originally scheduled as the first case (if the schedule was published before the latest schedule that you posted) for Sep 8th and then got bumped to the second position after the delay requests.
Anyway, hope the pressure stays on and the parties settle prior to the hearing.....though a part of me is hoping that IDCC's case starts on Sep 8th and NOK's dirty laundry gets exposed for everyone to see. It could be a double edged sword though....so, a settlement is a win win.
