Still makes no sense to borrow cash when they don't have to. If you could sell shares over putting ink to paper on a loan, would you really choose the loan? You don't have to answer because I already know the truth!
Were all going to have to wait to see how this plays out. My opinion, Apple means nothing so I don't feel Sep 9 is going to have much of an impact. I do have a feeling Hauck brings great value and likely has a few things in the hopper. Real deals don't close in an instant, they take time and need validation. That time may be near.
They are not allowed to discuss any deals due to strict non-disclosure agreements. If they are fully commercialized by Apple and it flies off the pinksheets, the deal will be irrelevant as we will negotiate a much better deal at a much lower rate as you mentioned and dissolve the existing deal.
