In it he discusses the disconnect between the engineers
(who estimated failure rate at 1 in 100 flites)
and managers who thought it was 1 in 10,000 flites.
(actuarily it is now 1 in 50).
So, if you think like NASA managers,
your bid would be 99.99% .
I doubt it would compromise your personal convictions,
and even in America we still obey the laws of physics.
