do you have arrhythmia? I went in for a check up for irregular heart rythim and found out it was caused by stress (teenage daughters and to much work load) he told me to take multi vitamin B untill I peed yellowish.
that was 15 years ago and I no longer have stress or heart palipitations in my life.
I consider this stock to increase stress levels in many!
