So, if I'm understanding this 'gag' stuff,
the Recent HJK hearing was about (new) motions for a protective order,
filed by whiney and markon.
THis seems to imply that there was no prior overarching protective order,
and if the supplemental briefs received by april 19 and final briefs received by april 25 do not persuade the court to install a protective order on april 26, there is a 20 day window for divine intervention before all tentative protections lapse.

So, I'm still thinking that yusfdbk was more or less correct. (Ok, except that the defendants did thence persuade the court to hold off and give them a chance to file the motions heard earlier this week, and then more chances to file briefs, and then an appeal window after that, but apparently the timer is running...)
