How much will those attorneys charge for the representation letter to the auditors and how much do they charge for preparation of the prospectus? Is that included in the $39k cited? How about audit fees? Do you have any quotes or average cost numbers for that?

Also, can you point us to the quote for the attorneys of $39K?
