I see where you mean, not sure exactly what it means though other than from note 5.
Maybe Catz or BK can weigh in.

The 42.5 is the same percentage in which KKR is limited too, so maybe it has something to do with them.
The O/S common shares have not increased much from the original 200 million and the 1 mill Preferred issued will only convert to about 8 million new commons, so other than when we came out of Bankruptcy, I can't see an ownership change.
