I think you are correct that Yopp would not turn on Thorpe/Brecken/PPHM. I think interests are aligned. Also, don't see RS. Maybe more authorized shares, but I don't even think that. IMO this is not the same old PPHM. I think we are about to hit the big leagues.

Can't see a proxy with an r\s tanking the stock since it's only a proxy it's the press release of one that will.

MD got issued a threat by PPHM legal if he kept probing for info so I'd say their interests are all aligned.

Seems to me if mgmt and their lawyers paid more attention to what was going on at their trials and within their company rather than what was being posted on message boards then maybe we wouldn't have had the tainted trials or we would have had a partner by now or at the very least found where Mary Boyd has been running to. This after all if true would not be the first time that a shareholder has been threaten by pphm's lawyers. All just my humble opinion.
