Shareholders have the right to withhold their votes, vote yes, or vote no.

Shareholders should never be taken for granted as they do matter.

There were no calls to shareholders asking for them to vote their shares that I heard of, except maybe to you.

WHY IS THAT?

It isn't the I that counts it is the WE.
