The things that worry me is the delay forced by banks... IMHO they have to much (under the table) profits in the ACH system that it will be a pain to get this old regime turn into a new way of payment

FYI, $400K of that "revenue" will never be received. Instead it will be canceled out for the "purchase" of GreenPay.

At least it won't be received as up-front licensing revenue. But the long term benefits of MyECheck owning GreenPay can't be denied...if they realize the large transaction volume that we anticipate when the app (finally) launches then that revenue will be recouped as processing revenue. Also, this gives MyECheck the ability to possibly sell the GreenPay subsidiary in the future and potentially make a lot more money on the deal.

On August 8, the new administrator of MYEC's Facebook Page posted this statement: " While this is a medium for social interaction, please keep in mind inappropriate language/activity and speaking in detrimental tones towards the company will not be tolerated and may lead to being blocked."
