FYI, $400K of that "revenue" will never be received. Instead it will be canceled out for the "purchase" of GreenPay.
At least it won't be received as up-front licensing revenue. But the long term benefits of MyECheck owning GreenPay can't be denied...if they realize the large transaction volume that we anticipate when the app (finally) launches then that revenue will be recouped as processing revenue. Also, this gives MyECheck the ability to possibly sell the GreenPay subsidiary in the future and potentially make a lot more money on the deal.
