The biggest red flag in penny land is a change in share structure. There has been none in the last 3 years I have been following this stock. With the exception of returning shares to the treasury. In fact, it's probably had no change (with that exception) in many years before that. I haven't checked but I'd say the last change was sometime around the time it ceased to be temtex industries or whatever that fireplace company was called. The "no operations" theory proves nothing. Where's the dilution man????
