OH NO! - So you are saying the Keith Berman who was named as a defendant in that class action litigation is indeed the SAME Keith Berman who is President of DECN?

Have you read that litigation complaint? Shareholders accused the defendants of fraud and issuing false financials so they that could profit at the shareholders expense.

IMHO, if this is the same guy who is President of DECN, I would be very concerned here.
