This case is huge, and outcome seems inevitable. So the question I have is did the company stop all daily activities for the last year? Not one useful piece of information, with the exception of the on going JnJ battle has been released. No updates on potential distributors. No information on shipment to customers, no financials in forever. No fantastic reports on Kraks wonderful abilities. What has this company done in the last year? Nothing as far as I can tell. They have woke up a giant they will defeat but at what cost? Pay the lawyers a third. Have a stash, which they all will bonus up this year guaranteed. After that JnJ will price them out of market. What's left over? Nothing adds up as far as how this company is ran. IMO after the decision and run up I would be so far removed of this company it's not even funny. GLTA
