It is time for IDCC to start trading at least in the $50'S.

Way way to much going on in favor of IDCC to continue to

trade at these cheap levels. Arbitration means payment's

only thing to decide is rate. On going revenues will steadily

increase. The M2M and the infrastructure will both increase

on going revenues. New license and probably a Nokia settlement.
