As good these numbers look, they should even be better. Kowa reps are dependent of Kowa for their salaries and ultimately their jobs. These, in turn, depend primarily on pleasing their Kowa supervisors by selling Livalo. Selling Vascepa would be nice, but it is for them, of secondary importance to selling Livalo. I am in favor of providing further financial incentives for reps to promote Vascepa and I hope this is being done. If not, I hope the reps performance ratings are being evaluated on the combined sales of Vascepa and Livalo.
