The A/S was changed on July 3rd from 1 billion to 5 billion, that is part of the reason the stock tanked to were it is now! I had stock last year but sold when I saw the direction it was going, if you are looking for a long term investment it can't fall much lower, but it will take a while to sell all the 4 billion new shares. And after that happens the company may want to do a R/S to lower the number of shares again and raise PPS.
