#17805 RE: Pyrrhonian #17799

Pyrr,
I no longer expect the atypical moves from NW, and that's a good thing. LP has gained the upper hand, and my expectation is that the release decisions that mgmt team make going forward will reflect that. If this latest rumor on direct release of news is true, there will be no way that AF can spin it negatively. What is he going to say, "the patient is lying". Nope, he won't do that. Then all NW will need to do is post links of news stories on their sites, and not give us any direct news. Or not until AF starts to burst and calls them out for "not" giving a PR update. And THEN they will shut him up, release more promising news. And that's just one scenario of how it could play out. :). year ahead is going to be great.

Comment on DCVax-Direct PhII timing: it is also possible a portion could be earlier.
- NW can seamlessly start a PhII for any of the cancers treated in the PhI. The trial protocol on clinicaltrials.gov does not say this, but the company has commented a few times that it is the plan.
- It is also the case that enrollment may not be equal in number or timing across the PhI cancers.

So it could be that a PhI could complete treatment as early as Jan if among the 9 one of the cancers was fully enrolled, which means readout Mar, and possible start to PhII April.

If we need the 20 to get the first cancer fully enrolled, then move the dates out 6 weeks.

So we could have one or more PhI data readouts and PhII starts in 1H 2015. It also might be the schedule that Pyrr lays out, but it does not have to be.
