Could part or all of the DOJ settlement with JPM end up with the FDIC to then settle with Escrow through the WMILT as per the sealed document in POR 7? I guess technically it can be argued the FDIC is an independent agency, but it is still operating on behalf of the government. Just like everything else here, no one knows for sure but this is an answer to your question above.

I say none.

Even the amount to the US Treasury is to the General Fund; it is a revenue to the General Fund. It is not allocable, or appropriable.
