In the filings previously they mentioned that the banks could call the loan due. Gulfstar had the option of paying off the debt and being the new debtholder since the assets they are buying would be affected. I wouldn't worry, this is material information and must be provided.
I think that the company is preparing for something good. I just hope, really hope that they don't hit a snag in this well. IF they don't, we will be fine. If we do hit a snag, the bank loan is the least of our worries....
