To be a Director one must somehow receive a salary or not receive a salary. What does the "salaries" implication have to do with being a director or not being a director. It didnt answer the original question, which is valid, is he working full time or not in Yippy.
It was never stated "restricted shares" and that isnt a "salary" by any definition. It is strictly a form of compensation. Forms of compensation range from Salaries to stock based.

Glad we cleared that up, so the question was, is he working full time or not? I really dont care as he is an idiot in the first place, his full effort couldnt do jack for this ticker. The only success here was the 2012 pump and dump ran with paid promotion. Last years pump and dump was less impressive and was simply a group buying this.
