correct me if i am wrong, but this appears to be better than an ethanol play. with the ethanol you are talking about changes in gas formulations and some regulations.
this is something you go to the shop to have done, or do yourself. i have just started my DD but from what i understand you are talking about fuel efficiency - that is golden. make something better just by changing a part. and if the efficiency increase holds up, you just beat out all of the auto makers as well as the cafe standards in achieving government goals.
california would adopt it in a heart beat, i am not sure what monopoly problems could arise there. but this is really exciting.
