This is what's it saying in my Sharebuilder account :PRPM is not available through ShareBuilder. Why not?
Due to a lack of market transparency, this company is designated as an "OTC Pink – No Information" stock by OTC Markets (the primary quotation service for over-the-counter trading). The company is not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets.

If true, not that you're lying....but:), that's potentially either really good news or really bad news. Because, along with no trades 2+hrs in, the stock has either been delisted, altogether or all's well, and a name & ticker change is imminent.

It's anyone's guess!\o/
