XDSL does, indeed, have some products that are selling.

However, the quantity of these being sold is small. It is also unclear that these jumpstarter products actually use any of XDSLs patented technology. We have no knowledge of whom it is that is manufacturing the jumpstarters for them,....

And it doesn't change the FACT that the company has billions of authorized shares, is saddled with a large quantity of shares constantly being dumped into the market via convertible debentures, and despite the fact that the company has close to nil in income - the execs draw large salaries.

So - what I am saying is,..... if you want to take that risk - going in with both eyes open,.... more power to you.

But if you expect anything but more of the same from these guys - you are setting yourself up for disappointment and for a financial loss.

Does XDSL sell any Product-that-use-NANOTECHNOLOGY...today?

mPhase has fully functional products, and they are current with their reporting so I am sure it has caught some investor attention.

How many cars does Ferrari sell that take more than 8 seconds to reach 60mph? They sell high performance cars is why they don't sell slow cars. So why doesn't the PowerJump feature Nanontechnology? Where is there any mention of the PowerJumpit featuring Nanontechnology?


Mphase has branded itself as a Nanotechnology company but doesn't have even One Product for sale today that uses Nanotechnology. Amazing.

Its' like Warren Buffet promising to give you a $1,000,000 Dollars but he only gives you $10,000. This is how i look at what Mphase is doing with their current products.

Mphase has sold shares based upon Pumping up the Sullivan Award. Wasn't this due to Mphase being a Nanontechnology company?

Isn't Smart Power, Smart Technology and Smart Applications all about Nanotechnology

Why does it seem like Mphase is always Exploring, talking about what they could do....but selling Billions upon Billions of shares today


What would the Company's response be to anyone asking if their current Products use Nanotechnology today, not tomorrow, or exploring future uses, but rightnow

[e-mail] - Would the Company's response be a lot of back pedaling, distractions, excuses about anything other than why their current products don't feature Nanontechnology.
