present focus is the financials reveal a company in trouble, whose sole source of income is defaulted debt and fobbing discount stock to toxic financial companies. the listed revenue is puny, and not even cash but future receivables to write off. No solid listed numbers for any installations of SC and those districts listed have been in announced testing since Jan. 2014 and still nothing tangible. $0.00 in advertising sales, either from SC or vir2no. The filing clearly states that the extent of their relationship with verizon, beyond buying cellular carrier service, was a paid promotion at a trade show. Almost half the sales today were a dump:

The filing itself is filled with more warning signs than an old army artillery testing range. The defaulted debt alone should be enough to scare off a veteran French Foreign Legionnaire. Note that every insider holds defaulted paper except the genius kay. They quietly added a billion shares of common stock:

Re: forward focus andVerizon sales team; The sales (Verizon )team at large has a different and varied functions, from my understanding , than the single specific entity referred to as " The Verizon Partnership Program". (There exists a twitter message which is specific to that "Verizon partnership program"; ........... Presently unsure if ECDC was ever a in that specific business affiliation called "Verizon Partnership Program ", but the twitter message indicates that ECDC/ Student connect is not presently in that specific program today, it would appear. ) Forward focus: during conversation yesterday with the Verizon sales team rep, "Partnership program " was not discussed in this individuals interests and it was not referenced, in the discussion.
