This is a letter from one of my students that she wrote on her own to our brother Jim while he was going through the ALS journey. Shannon came in to school and asked me to give it him. I did so, and he asked me to read it to him. These words meant a lot to him. He did so much for all of us as a nation through his life's work...I can see him smiling down from heaven today as he saw Laura Bush pour a bucket of ice water over George's head! Miss you Jimmy!
