There is still a required holding period after leaving. I believe that period might be 6 months as he'd currently still have inside info.

After that. He can sell as he wants without having to file.

Been doing some reading ..... if I understand correct, a director leaving would still be subject to insider rules for 90 days ..... after that it would seem a former board member or executive could sell without any special rules.
