Ceteris paribus then I agree, but imo we have some upsides that could change the game-plan dramatically, spin-offs, A/R and our ridiculously low debt to equity ratio....what is that a couple of percent!?? That is not healthy if you ask me!

What is preventing them for doing this? Have to be real easy to get the records for these dates, just as well as look at a current one....excuse my ignorance but I don't see the problem...

More speculation, what do you think had Solomon start talking about an extra or special dividend one year ago? Mega Farm or did he think that they were very close to a substantial loan? MF wouldn't give us any room for that, imo, even with a different set-up, leaves us with financing doesn't it? Even if the man is talking to much much to often he had to have something in mind when he stated this!
