What is preventing them for doing this? Have to be real easy to get the records for these dates

More speculation, what do you think had Solomon start talking about an extra or special dividend one year ago? Mega Farm or did he think that they were very close to a substantial loan?

Yes, the latter.

Even if the man is talking to much much to often he had to have something in mind when he stated this!

I have no doubt that Solomon has intentions to reward the shareholders. But good intentions doesn't always get you where you want to be. Cancelling his own stock is a good example. It's often a case of being smart. And if they would only be half as efficient on the corporate side (financing) as they are with operations then we should all be rich in a few years no matter how the market treats reverse mergers.
