I could use the dividend money. But I don't agree with paying out 30% of earnings in 2016 because that's simply not possible.

If they can present a balanced plan that entails dividends, buybacks, a 25% investment in the Mega Farm, a strengthening of the balance sheet, project financing for SJAP/Mega Farm etc. then I think it will do well with the investing community. But they may have to reduce their stake in PF2/FF2 to 50%. Unless they can get a really big loan.

can't they pay this dividend only to shareholders on hold YE -12 & -13? Honor to the one's that badly deserve it!

I don't think that's possible.
