I pretty much agree with your position. To answer your question briefly, what solid data provides any optimism at all? What is keeping me in the stock right now is an unfilled limit order to sell. I'd currently rate this as a hold ( not a sell) only because the bad news is already out and any significant selling will just bottom out the share price. It is definitely NOT a buy until there is evidence they have some significant sales.
Current investors might as well hold at this point and hope that either A. Mr. DeSerrano sees the writing on the wall and sells out (most likely scenario). B. For some unknown reason, they start to get sales ( i thought this would happen by now but at this point it is seeming less and less likely and must seem the same way to Mr. DeSerrano or he would not have just sold 10 % of the company.) The least likely scenario but still quite possible and scary is that we all ride this into the ground.
Fwiw, I'm quite sure nothing i say here affects the share price in any meaningful way. What does affect the share price is selling 2.4 million shares to vultures with no interest in building the company and only interested in making a profit on selling those 2.4 million shares
