I have none other than word of mouth about folks submitting complaints because SIRG failure to disclose financial reports to any capacity, even minimum requirements mandated by OTC. Not sure how/why they're even listed. Complaints have been submitted on this basis accusing SIRG of fraudulence.
Freezing of funds?
If this is your first penny stock pump and dump, then I hope you're not playing with your kid's college fund. SEC investigations can take years. I've been there/done that.
