Nope, not my first OTC rodeo. (Learned from mistakes, and already sitting on over a $12k profit previously booked with SIRG- only hold 3.5 million shares now. Flipped most during the last few "pumps")

I've been following and trading SIRG since the days of 150 million A/S

Through close associates with Grand View ventures I know SIRG is very much still alive, but the issues appear to be likely a hostile takeover of the company as current management failing to get it done.
