#57574 RE: Watts Watt #57561

Watts, Oracle, and 2-3 others: Thanks for your brass tacks, reality checks, and courage reflected in your posts on this board. Also, it is good to believe that even realists (apparently) somehow are able to fight for the success of small investors who hold shares of LQMT. Like many others, but still a minority, we bought into the potential of amorphous metal alloys, as an advancement in materials technology, not as a goldmine for investors - albeit the latter was a natural consequence of our belief in the material. I have since realized that a stock is not a Company, a trade name is not a material and none of those inherently reflect tangible financial performance. Given that the payoff to "stock trades" is not my definition of the financial performance of a Company. I prefer profits, then dividends, then stock value increases...in that order, hardly putting the last first. This is not religion.

"Apple mentions liquid metal and no one says anything?" Then when asked about it, the poster retorts "it's just a rumor. That's all."

After 2 solid years following this discussion and LQMT, it is still hard work looking for real gold. Fool's gold lives beyond the glittery stuff of the Gold Rush.
