There was no debt, it´s just a way to issue shares without restriction IMO. This was the reason why they call it "debt".
Or do you really think Scheltema needs $1k from his son or $3500 from the secretary(who is officially still no officer and his son too)? And our CEO got also one million shares without a restriction.

Well, if they want to sell they need buyers, so they need to do something!

I decided not to sell at current level and hope we can go back up to .20-.30. Seller is not me today!
