We simply don't know exactly how they are going to spin off. However, I do know that NSOL stock will be worth several times what it is now in the not too distant future as FFI's business plan continues to unfold. I'm sure of that so that's why I'd rather not see them do a spin-off unless I'm sure that it will be at elast as valuable to me as NSOL stock over 10$/share.

Well, then we disagree, somewhat. I owned Sears long before it spun off its 3 children. It trippled over a period of tiem just on the speculation that there would be a spin off. Then I got free 1 for 1 shares of each of the children.

I actually think this is a mute point till we know how much of FFI ownership NSOL will retain if there is a spin off. I would not be a happy camper after spending this much time in NSOL for it to languish and only gain partial % reward in FFI for my efforts. I think this kind of speculation, if rampent, will actually hurt NSOL in the market untill we actually know how much of FFI NSOL actually will retain as ownership.

Hey Techno, how does this whole spin-off work? I am really new to this so excuse my ignorance. Lets say I own 20,000 shares of NSOL and we get 1 for every 5 of FFI. That is 4000 shares of FFI. Lets then say the PPS of FFI goes to $20.00. What would the PPS of NSOL be then? I am worried that the PPS of NSOL will be $5.00 and FFI will be $20.00. Obviously, I own more shares of NSOL.
